Helios Properties and CBRE Investors are developing 275,000 sq m of prime warehouse space in three locations in Germany (Berlin, Leipzig and Munich/Inglostadt).

The three sites were chosen for their excellent locations and great transport links, with building permission in places for all Units.

This new development will commence in Winter 2008 and will offer the very highest quality logistics space for major international companies. We expect the new facilities to generate more than 600 Jobs.
