A 250 acre strategic rail freight interchange offering intermodal facilities and over 3 million sq ft of rail connected warehousing at a key site in the North West quadrant of the M25 with excelent road and rail connectivity.
Following the Secretary of State's refusal letter in respect of the 2006 application, HelioSlough have stated their intention to submit a new application for the scheme presented to the Public Inquiry.
HelioSlough issued an ES scoping letter to St Albans Council on 11 November 2008, the first step towards the new application.
