ModalSwitch is a joint venture between HelioSlough, the Welsh Development Agency and Cardiff County Council. It will offer a high quality logistics park in superb location 4 miles from Cardiff City Centre.
ModalSwitch can offer its own dedicated rail access to allow for the development of rail linked buildings. There is outline planning consent for 435,000 sq ft of B2 and B8 uses.
Bespoke buildings can be delivered to suit occupier requirements from 30,000 sq ft upwards. Leaseholder and freehold proposals are available on request.
