Wynyard Park is a prestigious 700acre business location in Teesside, UK, located adjacent the A19 with the A689 dual carriageway leading directly to the A1M. Wynyard Park Ltd, a joint venture involving Helios and J C Musgrave, is developing the site with the aim of creating a high class, contemporary business park offering first rate facilities and services.
Currently onsite we have over 750,000 sq ft of high quality warehouse and office accommodation, with construction recently completed on a children’s nursery and a further 46,000 sq ft of prestigious office facilities. Development has also completed on a number of distribution and warehouse units (TV120). Plans are also in place for a commercial zone which will offer a family restaurant/pub, branded hotel and small retail outlets (i.e. dentist, doctors, convenience store, hairdressers etc). Wynyard360 a 300,000sqft building recently sold to a data storage client and Evolution Phase 1, 50,000 sqft of starter units. Wynyard Business Village Phase 1 is now complete providing 46,000 sq ft of prime office space and TV120 provides excellent small warehousing units from 13,000 sq ft up to 30,000 sq ft.

The joint venture has recently extended its horizons with the formation of Strategic Sites, a wholly owned subsidiary. This company is transporting the Evolution model to other locations throughout the UK along side other development opportunities.
