Founded in 1996, with backing from a major Saudi Arabian investment group, Helios is a group of specialist property development companies working throughout the UK, wider continental Europe and the Gulf.

The Group is based in London, with offices in Leeds and Abu Dhabi.

The Helios executive team are highly experienced people from many professional backgrounds including finance, construction, surveying, planning and design, creating a truly rounded approach to our business and providing real value to our clients.

The Company values longstanding relationships with leading banks, financial institutions, private and public bodies, with the business built on a reputation for straight dealing and professionalism.

The Company works in most sectors of the market, with an industry regarded expertise in logistics and industrial development. Our joint venture with Segro (HelioSlough) has established the group as a major force in the UK with a development pipeline of over 10 million sqft (1 million sqm).

Our growing mixed use development programme includes the huge Wynyard Park project in the UK (900 acres of mixed use activity) with our UK residential, retail, leisure and industrial schemes promoted under the HeliosCity banner. We expect this activity to grow both in the UK and in our target markets.
