Mercury Logistics Park Bucharest is the first of Helios’ logistics developments in Romania and one of the first truly modern schemes in this market.
The site is located 20km west of Bucharest City Centre on the A1 highway, the main pan European corridor linking east to west and 7km form the new Bucharest ring road making it a highly strategic location.
The units benefit from modern specification including minimum 11 m eves, 50Kn/m2 floor loading, dock leveling loading doors, grade A office accommodation, sprinkler and fire protection systems and 24 hr security gatehouse.
To-date the scheme is let to 3 tenants, Minimax, Delamode and Dumagas who between them occupy circa 35,000 m2 modern warehouse space.
The scheme is now owned by Heitman with Helios retained as development manager for the remaining space.
